Philip J. Wilson Tax Partner Philip is a founding partner of WilsonMorgan LLP. Philip Wilson has over 20 years of CPA and Business Advisory expertise. As a Former IRS Revenue Agent, Philip is able to bring a wealth of knowledge to his clients in Strategic Tax Planning and IRS Representation to both public and privately held corporations. Holding a Masters in Business Taxation and being an active Board Member for organizations such as the Pacific Club IMPACT Foundation, gives him the ability to confidently represent all levels of corporations and high net worth individuals. He focuses on helping individuals and companies resolve tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service by developing and implementing a strategy for resolution. He also assists high net worth clients, and closely-held and publicly traded companies with strategic tax planning and compliance. Jayson M. Morgan, CPA, MST Managing Partner Jayson is a founding partner of WilsonMorgan LLP. Jayson has over 20 years of public and private accounting experience, including Deloitte & Touche LLP prior to the founding of this Firm in 1998. In addition to serving as the current managing partner of the Firm, Jayson advises his clients on matters related to strategic business planning, tax minimization, transactions, and entrepreneurial and high net worth individual planning. Jayson is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California, with active memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jayson received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona in 1991 and his Masters of Science in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California in 2001. Within the community, Jayson (and Gary Polich) serve as the Firm's Advisory Board representatives at the Center for Investment and Wealth Management of the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine. The Firm is a Founding Member of the Center. Jayson is active in the Irvine Swim League (ISL), having served as Northpark/Irvine's Treasurer and Vice President. Jayson served on the HOA Budget Committee for Northpark/Irvine, a 1,600 unit homeowner's association. Jayson is also active in the YMCA's Indian Guides and Indian Princesses programs with his sons and daughter. Jayson resides in Irvine, California with his wife and their three children. |

Stan C. Lam Tax Partner Stan has been practicing public accounting in the Orange County area since 1980, including over five years with two international CPA firms in Newport Beach. He joined Breskin & Mullen CPAs, Inc. in 1994. In September, 2011, Breskin & Mullen merged in with WilsonMorgan LLP.
Stan specializes in servicing emerging and closely-held businesses, including tax planning and business consulting for a wide range of industries and high net worth individuals. His experience includes assisting clients in business buy-sell agreement, employment agreement disputes, compensation package negotiations, retirement planning and wealth management. Stan is also experienced in representing clients before taxing authorities on audits, tax disputes and collection matters.
Stan has served on numerous Boards of Directors for various nonprofit organizations over the years. He was an adjunct faculty member of Santiago Canyon College and Orange Coast College for the past 10 years. He also serves on the Business Division of the Technical Advisory Committee at Santiago Canyon College. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports including golf and tennis. He and his wife have one daughter who is a college student, and a German Shepherd mix they rescued from the shelter.

Mark Guillod Tax Partner Mark has helped people for over 30 years with personal financial planning and estate planning, both before and after retirement. He has advised clients on all aspects of business from formation and profitable operation to maximizing value and sale. He has helped people and their businesses keep track of their finances and found ways to save taxes. Dealing with the IRS and resolving tax controversies for his clients is an area where Mark has been very effective. He also has extensive experience with estates and trusts.

James R. Napora Government Contracts A professional in the field of government contract auditing; Jim was with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) for 28 years prior to his retirement in 2010. Jim has extensive experience in the performance of internal control system reviews, compliance, pre-award, post award, incurred cost, and operations audits, along with contract audit closings. During his last five years assigned to the Technical Programs Division in DCAA, he provided training, technical audit guidance, and support to field audit offices and coordinated technical issues with DCAA Headquarters, Washington, D.C., and other regional components. Jim also interacted with a number of other government agencies on contract auditing issues including cost accounting standards, pensions and insurance, earned value management systems, time and material contracts, denial of access to records, direct billing authority, and compliance with federal laws and regulations including FAR and CAS.
